Travelling has been developed with the urbanization and road development. Therefore cafe network has emerged focusing on main roads, because passengers need to have meals while travelling.

Foods are the most important thing to human being; therefore restaurant owners should supply foods with quality, clean and nutritious. Not only that they should concern to give worthy food for the paid money by customers. But the problem is informal restaurant have been increased, and sellers are cheating to customers because of their profit. Therefore various struggles have been created among the customers and the sellers. Hence to develop friendly consumers Small Enterprise Development Division has been launched the national program of ‘SED CAFE’ under the following purposes.

• Preparations of good restaurant to get clean foods
• Preparations of updated information system for the restaurant
• Improving the quality of the restaurant
• Get the approved standards for the restaurant
• Improving the knowledge, skills and attitudes of restaurant owners and employees
• Give the contribution of Small enterprises to the restaurant supply chain
